1. What is your return policy?
Answer: We offer a hassle-free return policy for items returned within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Note that final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: Our standard processing and shipping time is 1-3 business days. After processing, you can expect to receive your order within 6 to 14 days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. This timeframe excludes weekends and holidays and is an estimate only, not guaranteed.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on your location. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. How can I track my order?
Answer: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service team.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Answer: Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it immediately to ensure prompt delivery. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once the order is in transit, we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes.
6. How do I know if an item is in stock?
Answer: Our website provides real-time inventory updates. However, due to our collaboration with multiple suppliers, stock levels may not always be completely accurate. 7. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging for gifts?
Answer: No, we do not offer gift wrapping or special packaging for gifts at this time.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, you can pay using PayPal. While we currently do not offer payment by Apple Pay or Google Pay, we are working on adding these options in the near future. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks or money orders.
